Many international journals recommend using the structure Imrad when writing a scientific paper. This structure is the most common article formatting style, especially the one used by ScopusWeb of Science journals, and therefore publication of articles in a scientific journal is possible only if all elements are present in each of them.

What does the structure of Imrad look like?

An article must have a title that conveys the essence of the work. An abstract is then presented, allowing the reader to become interested in the research and determine whether to continue reading. The abstract should be concise and clear, avoiding unnecessary information and presenting only the chapters and appendices of the article.

The introductory section or introduction explains to the reader the reasons for interest in the article's topic and the purpose of this work. This section describes terminology and abbreviations. It is important to note that the introduction should not be a repetition of the abstract. The purpose of the introduction is to explain to the reader the purpose of this work. scientific article (scientific publication)

An important element is the description of the methods used to achieve the research goal. This describes the experiment itself, as well as the methods and instruments used to conduct it.

In the results section of a scientific article, the author describes their achievements during the research. The "results" section should follow from the "introduction" and "materials and methods," describing how the authors arrived at their results.

The next section, "Discussion," explains how I arrived at these results and their implications. This is the unifying section, demonstrating the full importance and value of the work. This makes it difficult to write and publication of scientific articles

The final section, “conclusions,” formulates the results of the study and suggests directions for future research that may build on the results obtained in the published article.

It's worth noting that it's important not only to write the article correctly, conduct accurate calculations and research, but also to compile a proper list of references and bibliography. After all the hard work, the author of the article doesn't want to bother with listing all the details and references. Therefore, authors can use certain programs and online services to simplify this task.
