Journals excluded from Scopus for April - May 2025
Yesterday evening, June 4, 2025, Scopus published an update to the database. The Academy of Articles team quickly prepared this material for you to warn you about the changes - and to help you avoid unnecessary expenditures of time and money.
As part of the update, five journals were officially excluded: four for violations recorded by the Radar system, and one due to questionable editorial quality.
In addition, three more journals were completely removed without separate notification, along with all the articles published in them. All of them had previously appeared in our column as candidates for removal.
We have compiled a complete list of all 8 journals with brief information, reasons for exclusion, and links to Scopus profiles so you can quickly check the status of each title.
