How to Formulate a Research Question
You already have a topic. But a topic isn't the same as a question. You could study «Digital Technologies in Education» for years and still not find an answer.

Yes. You define the course's subject matter, provide examples, verify the accuracy of the content, and approve the materials. You also arrange for the video recording.
Is it possible to order just the materials?
Yes. The basic package includes the program, texts, presentations, assignments, and tests. Installation and technical setup are available separately.
You can edit my recordings
Yes. After reviewing the sample, we’ll assess the quality of the source files, their file size, and the desired editing scope. The starting price for basic editing is 1,000 ₸ per minute of finished video, with a minimum charge of 50,000 ₸.
Who uploads the course to the platform?
You, your university's authorized team, or our specialist on a custom basis. We require coordinated access rights to manage the course in order to do our work.
Is it possible to post a course on Coursera?
It depends on your publication process and your organization's authority. First, we verify your right to create and publish the course; then, we adapt the materials and evaluate the technical aspects.
Does the course guarantee an academic degree or admission scores?
The assessment depends on the rules of the specific procedure, the platform, and the decisions of the relevant authorities. During the briefing phase, we clarify the objective and requirements, and in the order, we specify our specific deliverable.
Is it possible to develop a course in Kazakh?
We agree on the language before providing a quote. A high-quality Kazakh version requires a subject-matter review; the translation and the additional version are quoted separately.
What files will I receive?
Editable texts, presentations, a test bank, and other approved materials, organized by module. We will specify the formats in the specifications.
How many revisions are included?
The standard package includes two agreed-upon rounds of revisions within the approved scope. Changes to the topic, length, or structure are billed separately.
